Prizes of €1,500 were awarded for the best doctoral papers in 11 subject areas covering most areas of management. Winners were also published on the EFMD website as well as in one of Emerald's leading journals as a full paper, or as an executive summary or research note.
The 11 awards were open to those who completed and satisfied examination requirements for a doctoral award between 1 June 2003 and 1 June 2005.
