Currency information

Please ensure you use the appropriate price and currency when ordering/renewing journal subscriptions.

Prices are applicable in the following regions:

• Euros (€) for all European countries (excluding the UK)
• US Dollars ($) for North, Central, South America and Canada
• Sterling (£) for the UK and the rest of the world
• Australian Dollars ($) for Australia

Subscription agents

Subscription agents please note that even if all issues are to be sent to your consolidation address, the currency which should be paid for a subscription is determined by the location of your customer's end user address. Therefore, we would require your customer’s full organisation name and address, before we can process any orders.

VAT (Value Added Tax)

VAT is included on both the Sterling and Euro currency pricelists.

VAT at the applicable rate is due on print issues delivered within the EU and electronic services provided to customers located within the EU.

For non-UK customers providing a valid EC VAT number or exemption certificate, VAT may be zero rated provided delivery is to a non-UK address or services provided to a non-UK customer.

Single issues and back volumes

Single issues and back volumes published within the last year are available for purchase while stocks last and are charged at the year of publication’s rate. Please note that we would require pre-payment for any single or back issue orders.

Selected special issues and content can also be puchased online through the Emerald Shop

Hard copy print backsets, back volumes and back issues of volumes prior the the current and previous year can be ordered from the Periodicals Service Company (see below right).
