Specialist reviewers being sought by the International Journal of Organizational Analysis

 

Specialist reviewers are being sought by the International Journal of Organizational Analysis. At Emerald we recognize the value and importance of peer review in the overall publication process, not only enhancing the individual manuscript, but also enhancing the credibility and reputation of the journal.

As someone involved in research areas covered by the journal, would you be willing to assist fellow researchers by reviewing their submitted papers? The role is unpaid but appointment can be cited on your résumé and the material you will be asked to review should be close to your own specialism. It is anticipated that no one reviewer will be expected to review more than three or four papers per year. Experienced individuals, ideally qualified to post-doctoral level would be most suited to the role.

-        Organization behaviour
-        Organization development
-        Strategic management
-        Human resource management
-        Business and society
-        Ethics and values
