QUIS 11 - The Service Conference (June 11th-14th 2009 Germany)

The conference information

The QUIS symposium brings together the best interdisciplinary academic research and management practice in a forum to advance the study of services management, service leadership, customer management, technology in services, and delivery of service quality.

The pursuit of service excellence is a never-ending quest by organizations seeking to achieve outstanding performance in their field. Benchmarking one’s own approaches against other organizations` best practices and gaining insights from their experiences are a powerful means of enhancing results.

The first QUIS symposium took place in Sweden in 1988. Since then, QUIS continues to be held every second/alternate(?) year and attracts leading researchers and executives from all over the world.
