Call for Reviewers - Journal of Management Development

As part of its ongoing development, the Journal of Management Development is currently expanding its network of specialised reviewers. The journal is seeking reviewers who can provide constructive analysis of papers thus enhancing overall reputation of the journal.

The role is unpaid but appointment can be cited on your CV and the material you will be asked to review should be close to your own specialism. In 2010 the journal will be managed through ScholarOne’s ‘Manuscripts’ system so familiarity with this system would be advantageous, though is not essential. Reviewers would normally be asked to review no more than 2 papers a year in the areas of global and diversity management, competency–based management, mentoring and coaching, leadership capabilities and team building. The journal publishes both academic and practitioner articles and so reviewers from both sectors are welcome. Interested individuals should forward by email a brief CV (maximum 2 pages) which focuses on their research experience to Andrew Kakabadse (a.p.kakabadse@cranfield.ac.uk)
