Specialist reviewers are being sought by the Leadership & Organization Development Journal. At Emerald we recognise the value and importance of peer review in the overall publication process, not only enhancing the individual manuscript, but also enhancing the credibility and reputation of the journal.
Would you be willing to assist fellow researchers by reviewing their submitted papers? English does not necessarily have to be your first language but you will need to have a high level of competence and have technical proficiency in the field of leadership and organizational development. The role is unpaid but appointment can be cited on your CV and the material you will be asked to review should be close to your own specialism. Experienced individuals, probably qualified to post-doctoral level would be most suited to the role.
