MBE Best Paper Award Presented at PMA Conference
Emerald was delighted to announce the winner of the MBE Best Paper Award, presented at the Performance Measurement Association Conference 2009 in New Zealand.
The winners were:
Robyn Pilcher, Paul M. Collier, Shaun Hodges, Craig Ward, Nicola Mussell and Mitchell Van der Zahn
For their paper:
‘LOCAL GOVERNANCE’ IN POLICING: THE TRADE-OFFS BETWEEN PERFORMANCE, KNOWLEDGE AND RISK MANAGEMENT IN BALANCING QUALITY WITH QUANTITATIVE MEASURES
The award was announced at the PMA Conference, held at the University of Otago, New Zealand, 14-17th April 2009. The certificate was presented by Andrea Gilbey, Emerald's Business Manager for Australasia, PMA host Ralph Adler of Otago Business School and Andy Neely of Cranfield University. The winners received a certificate, and a year's free online access to MBE.
