Dr Robert Kaše wins Personnel Review-sponsored ODRA

 
The winning paper in the Human Resource Management category of the 2008 Emerald/EFMD Outstanding Doctoral Research Awards sponsored by Personnel Review is:

"Effects of HR practices on knowledge transfer in knowledge-intensive firms: the mediating role of social network dimensions"
Dr Robert Kaše, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia

  
Dr Robert Kaše is an assistant professor of management at the Department for Management and Organization, University of Ljubljana where he teaches HRM courses at undergraduate and graduate level.
His work has been published in International Journal of Human Resource Management, International Journal of Manpower and Economic and Business Review. His research interests include social networks, human resource management, and knowledge transfer. Speaking of his award-winning paper Dr Kaše commented:
