Editorial Objectives

Gender in Management seeks to provide current research, practice, ideas, developments and news of major issues in the field of women in management by publishing papers which have been accepted after review by external referees.

Companies often fail to recognize or realize the potential of women professionals by failing to respond positively to women who have created successful managerial roles for themselves. In other countries, cultural and social perceptions of women have done much to undermine the contributions which many women could make. This journal takes an international look at current thinking and practice and initiatives being adopted by organizations to allow women to contribute fully to company business.
