About the Journal

In recent years, with the increase in globalization and diversity in the workplace, cross cultural management has become an important element of organizational life. To better understand this phenomenon, Cross Cultural Management: An International Journal is dedicated to providing a forum for the exchange of cross cultural management research. The journal seeks to be the preferred outlet for high-quality multicultural research.  The journal accepts both qualitative and quantitative work that increases our overall knowledge of cross cultural management.

Cross Cultural Management: An International Journal seeks to be the leading source of research on multicultural management issues.  The journal addresses cross cultural management from all management angles. The journal welcomes contributions addressing intracultural, intercultural and transcultural management issues. 

Topicality

Since its inception Cross Cultural Management: An International Journal has brought together academics throughout the world and provided a forum for the exchange of ideas and advancement of knowledge with regards to cross cultural management. Starting in 2007, the journal's new Editorial Board has assembled leading scholars throughout the world.  This new addition to Cross Cultural Management: An International Journal will bring expertise and visibility to the journal.
