Journal call for papers from International Journal of Organizational Analysis

The International Journal of Orgnizational Analysis publishes research in organizational analysis including original theoretical and empirical articles (which may be either quantitative or qualitative) and critical or integrative literature reviews relevant to the substantive domains served by the journal. We hope to publish articles that make fundamental and substantial contributions to understanding organizations and their management. It is also our intention to maintain a sound balance between the theory and practice.

Articles submitted to the journal should be original contributions and should not be under consideration for any other publication at the same time. Authors submitting articles for publication warrant that the work is not an infringement of any existing copyright and will indemnify the publisher against any breach of such warranty. For ease of dissemination and to ensure proper policing of use, papers and contributions become the legal copyright of the publisher unless otherwise agreed. On acceptance of the paper you are required to complete a Journal Article Record form.

The reviewing process

All papers will first be considered by the Editor for general relevance and significance. If accepted for review, papers will then be subject to double blind peer review.
