Nutrition & Food Science aims to provide information on all aspects of nutrition and food science, enabling all those concerned with nutrition education to keep up to date with current research. The journal also deals with other aspects of the broadly-based subject of home economics, covering areas such as consumer issues, money matters, and family health and welfare. Offering fresh perspectives on contemporary topics Nutrition & Food Science provides practical application of ideas for practitioners and academics alike.

Papers should normally be between 1,500 and 3,500 words in length.
