In international tourism management literature, there is a considerable lack in managerial modelling techniques and statistical constructs either in qualitative or quantitative studies. By the help of this special issue, the researchers might contribute to the existing literature by their models which can be structured by the contemporary management techniques; service quality concepts, globalization issues etc.
