Property Management aims to provide current information and research findings in the field of property management. The journal has adopted a wide subject remit and explores all areas relating to the ownership of property at all stages of development and occupation such as: landlord and tenant relationships, information technology, property development, planning, maintenance and refurbishment, business, commercial, leisure, industrial and residential property management, legal considerations, valuation methodology and the property market.
The journal would be pleased to receive submissions on:
- Valuation
- Sustainability
- Occupiers' issues
- Asset management
- Planning policy
We also welcome:
- Viewpoints from academic and industry
- University department research activity
- Reviews of niche or emerging markets
- Industry updates, conference news and reports, dates and events.
Each paper is reviewed by the Editor and, if it is judged suitable for this publication, it is then sent to two referees for double blind peer review.
Submission
Papers should normally be between 3,000 and 6,000 words in length. Case studies should be issue- or results-focussed, with implications for practice clearly stated.
