The Journal of Chinese Entrepreneurship is the first internationally refereed journal dedicated to the latest advancement of entrepreneurship research in China and aimed at researchers and entrepreneurs.
Entrepreneurship, the nexus between the processes of opportunity discovery, evaluation and exploitation; and the set of individuals who discover, evaluate, and exploit them, is emerging as a distinctive field of study drawing upon different disciplines. However, entrepreneurship research, in particular, on topics such as entrepreneurial process, is still largely based on Western contexts, with limited attempts addressing the domains outside the developed economies.
