I am a nationally recognized communications and public affairs executive with 25 years of domestic and international experience, including senior management positions in leading companies and consulting firms.

As the editor of Emerald’s Journal of Business Strategy, I have first hand knowledge from the editor’s perspective of the criteria papers must meet to be accepted. I was recently named as the editor of another journal, published by John Wiley & Sons, on entrepreneurial finance.  I regularly write and edit as well for leading consulting firms, including Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and Oliver Wyman, and for major corporations such as Merck and Johnson & Johnson.  I work regularly with academics on their papers and books.

As a vice president of corporate communications for JPMorgan Chase and Bankers Trust (now Deutschebank) for over 13 years, I wrote and edited hundreds of papers and articles, from white papers to speeches, winning many awards along the way for writing and editing.
